In my continued effort to raise the bar for my clients, the office is moving to the Lotus Rising www.lotusrisingcenter.com located at 73 Columbia St. in Fall River. Lotus Rising offers many holistic options including yoga, hypnotherapy, herbalism, and much, much more. And, it’s all located under one roof! There is an elevator, so there will no longer be a need to climb the beautiful, yet somewhat challenging circular staircase at the former location.
You may have also noticed that my practice has had a name change. There are many exciting classes, tools, services, and products coming this autumn that will help keep you healthy, peaceful, and informed. New Group Starting- Mommy Walking Club- Would you like to meet other new moms (or not so new) and also get a little healthier? Let's start a walking club just for us mommies! If you would like to bring your baby/toddler, that's great! There are several nice parks and locations in Fall River that are stroller-friendly. If you want this just to be about you (and we all know how little "me" time we get with a little one at home), that's just fine too.
